There’s a line in one of Haruki Murakami’s novels where the sky grows darker, one stroke at a time, into deeper shades of night. Whilst wandering the streets in the night air, I connect to it all - the night pulse, from the stars, city lights to other souls who inhabit the city after dark. The shades of night are like entire universes to me.
